Shipping, Processing & Refunds

Order Processing

Processing ≠ Shipping. Processing is the time it takes us to verify, prepare, and pack your order.

Processing time is 3–21 business days (Monday–Friday, not including weekends or holidays).

Once your order has finished processing, it will be shipped with the method chosen at checkout.
Shipping Policy

“Express Shipping” refers to carrier transit speed, not processing.

You’ll receive tracking info once your order leaves our facility.

Shipping times are estimates provided by the carrier and may vary due to holidays, weather, or delays outside our control.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once the carrier confirms delivery.
Refunds & Returns

All sales are final.

We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

To request a replacement for a damaged item, you must email us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the product and packaging.

Refunds are only issued if we cannot replace your order.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders cannot be canceled or changed after 24 hours.

Please double-check your shipping address before checkout. We are not responsible for incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
International Orders
- At the moment, HER University does not ship out any international Orders.
Memberships & Digital Products

Membership kits, dues, and digital downloads (eBooks, guides, etc.) are non-refundable.

Once processed, these items cannot be canceled, exchanged, or refunded.
Frequently Asked Questions
Why does processing take up to 21 days?
Each order is custom-prepared, packaged, and verified. We want to ensure your order is accurate before shipping.
What does “express” mean if my order hasn’t shipped yet?
Express applies to the shipping carrier’s delivery time once your package leaves our facility, not to our internal processing.
What if my package says delivered but I didn’t receive it?
Please contact your local post office or carrier directly. Once an order is marked delivered, HER University is not responsible for lost/stolen packages.
