Exzabriana BartonHER University is growing, and we are looking for passionate, driven women to help shape our future. As part of our first-ever National Executive Board, you will play a key role in leading initiatives, creating programs, and building a national sisterhood that empowers women everywhere.
This opportunity is fully remote and open to all applicants nationwide.
Positions Available
We are currently accepting applications for the following leadership roles:

Chief Operating Officer (COO): Oversees daily operations and supports the Executive Director in executing HER University’s mission.

Director of Marketing & Communications: Manages branding, social media, and storytelling to grow HER’s presence.

Director of Programs & Initiatives: Plans national events, workshops, and initiatives that serve members.

Director of Membership & Retention: Ensures members are welcomed, engaged, and supported throughout their journey.

Director of Partnerships & Collaborations: Builds relationships with schools, sponsors, and organizations.

Director of Volunteer Engagement: Coordinates community service and volunteer efforts nationally.

Director of Impact & Research: Collects data, testimonials, and measures HER’s influence.

Executive Assistant: Provides organizational support for leadership and helps maintain smooth communication.

Director of Fundraising & Development: Leads fundraising efforts and creates financial growth strategies.

Alumnae Relations Chair: Connects and engages graduates who want to remain part of HER University after college.

Director of Technology & Digital Platforms: Manages online communities, website tools, and digital engagement.
Expectations
As a National Executive Board member, you are expected to:

Commit to serving HER University with excellence, integrity, and passion.

Dedicate consistent time each month (approx. 3–5 hours weekly) to remote meetings, planning, and leadership responsibilities.

Collaborate with fellow leaders to grow and strengthen our sisterhood nationally.

Actively contribute to national initiatives and programs.

Represent HER University’s values of personal growth, community, and sisterhood.
